We treat all ages, and all manner of conditions. From musculoskeletal complaints including back pain, shoulder problems, needy knees, sprains and strains of any description, and post-operative care, we have you covered. We also treat neurological concerns from numbness and tingling in arms or legs, to residual symptoms from a stroke, as well as whiplash associated concerns and vertigo.
Physiotherapy treatments may include education related to any concerns, exercises including home exercise prescription, manual treatments including joint mobilization or manipulation, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), and a selection of modalities including ultrasound, TENS, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, heat, or taping. We adjust our treatments and assessments to meet the needs of each individual and desire to work with people, not on people.
Includes an assessment and the beginning of treatment, which may involve a movement screen, strength testing, some orthopaedic special tests to narrow down diagnoses and guide treatment, some palpation, and neurological testing. Our goal is to provide quality treatment and give each person something they can do to help reach their goals.
Follow Up Appointment
Once an initial assessment has been completed for a condition, future appointments are booked as follow up appointments. These will include a brief reassessment and a progression of the plan.
